Re: The Travelling Elrond

So- here are the pics I can provide concerning Master Elrond´s visit.

Master Elrond of course had a very close look at my little sceneries. And he told me, that he agreed to them, mostly.

Further, he nearly get lost in the crowd. Though there are not only Tolkien-releated minis, but that´s another story.

He was wandering, for what miniature that natural base is planned for. Maybe a mithril-miniature, maybe not. Who knows . . .
However, while looking at the base he suddenly began to shiver . . . for excitement, as he told me, because I told him the figure . . .

Well, finally Master Elrond couldn´t left this marvellous town without a visit at "German Mining Museum".
The largest in the world that is!
Unfortunately it was too windy for getting the lift to plattform one and further stairs to plattform two.
The reason he has to travel on in good condition.

So- as it is announced here already- a bit hasty I must say- Master Elrond continues his ravel directly to Istria, Croatia- that is the home of Master Thingol.
I am sure he will be another good host for him!

I felt honoured to host him and I am lucky, that his travel intervall is short, that many other members here has got the opportunity to host him thereselves.

Maybe the magic was the most powerful force in the world. But that was long ago.
The dragons are gone, the giants are dead and the children of the woods are forgotten.

Re: The Travelling Elrond

Thank you very much, Master Turambar. A very nice, though a bit short documentary of Elrond's stay in Bochum.
(Still I don't know why Elrond began to shiver standing on that certain base.)
And, alas, I think that was the fastest handing over of the Elrond figure and besides you saved p&p.
