Re: Painters League

Well, I made a small scene using M348, M349 and Prince august decor S4

Here is my Nazgul:
http://mithril.faerylands.eu/galleries/cache/mmp-members-galleries/milo-diorama-gallery/milo-vignettes/img_1196-s_525.jpg

http://mithril.faerylands.eu/galleries/cache/mmp-members-galleries/milo-diorama-gallery/milo-vignettes/img_1198-s_525.jpg

http://mithril.faerylands.eu/galleries/cache/mmp-members-galleries/milo-diorama-gallery/milo-vignettes/img_1197-s_525.jpg

I hope you like it. Note that it is not a diorama as I kept miniature bases for glass cabinet display.
Any criticism welcome. wink

Re: Painters League

Yes master Milo, very nice scene!
The Dalmations jump in the eye ; original to paint them like that.
Leaves are a nice addition too, as this scene takes place in september, right ?
And of course, the Nazgul, I like him!

I'm still working on mine ; I think I will need al least another week, as I don't have much time to spend on painting at the moment...

Re: Painters League

Thanks for your kind comments. About dogs, I am glad you like the choice as I intended to have some "good flashy fellows" facing the undead.

Re: Painters League

Very nice work wink, I have finished my entry and will hopefully take a photo tomorrow and post it.

Unfortunately getting a house ready for a sale and move has taken up far too much of my precious time sad.

Re: Painters League

My entry.....

Well yet again you will have to turn your computers on their side to view!! mad Not sure why this is I have apparently reduced the image size thinking this may have been the reason,

Anyhow, figure is the Nazgul from the Salute double figure release with Glorfindel. Base I think, is by Scibor.

Re: Painters League

I haven't a clue why my images now download sideways - it never used to be a problem. Perhaps after a few pints in The Pony it will all look upright lol

ok, finally here is my entry :

As you can see, I made a small conversion by cutting his sword off his right leg, and then by bending his hand with the sword upworth, so the figure looks less flat (and because no one cuts his own leg with a sword, not even a nazgul).
