Re: THE TAPROOM 5

A round for everyone, whatever drink they might want!

It's been long travels with joy and pain, loss and gain, lost parents, new children, new life...

No one will ever say "a proper 2020 that was", but I hope it has not been too bad for you all. And may it be better for the man in the dark corner in knowing that a package will be coming - though to be prudent, probably after the holiday rush, for it is precious, and coming with it a thousand apologies.

Wendy! It's such a huge delight to hear from you - and it sounds like you've had a very busy time in the interim. I hope your positive experiences have vastly outweighed any bad times you've had to weather!

No, no, the bill will be fine - it's the interest that's the killer.

Re: THE TAPROOM 5

Hello everyone! One round for everyone. The 19th was also my birthday and the fact that we are able to turn years is a greater reason for celebration. I see the tavern very crowded. Wendy? Oh what a nice surprise!
Is the Tree decorated? Clean doormat? I even see rats in the drink! Everything is in order. How nice it is to come home and find it unchanged!
Cheers! big_smile

Re: THE TAPROOM 5

Very many Merry things indeed, to all of you. You've caught me out - i'd inrtended to write a Happy Yuletide message, but my brain has already succumbed to the discombobulating effects of an early (OK, very early) glass of Gaeilc sustenance. Anyway, have a merry day one and all!

Re: THE TAPROOM 5

Happy New Year to you too, Master Maenas, and indeed all my other patrons. It will surely be a better year than 2020 - how can it be worse! Let's hope I'm not tempting providence by saying that.

By the way, I've just seen Easter Eggs in our local shop......
