You just stirred up the situation in the forum master Milo. I haven't seen a crowd like this in a pub in a long time.

Hello there gentle folks and ladies. Just passing by

I was wondering if any of you had time to read (and thus check) the new website, after all the last posts I had put in the "Ekkaia" section of the forum ?

I have just had a 'stroll' around the new site and from what I can see it looks good and is easy to navigate. Like all 'new' things I guess that there will be some parts that work better than others, but initial impressions are very good smile.

One thing that I couldn't see (apologies if you have mentioned it elsewhere) was a 'Messages' facility, is there one?

Anyhow, thank you for the hard work that has been put in smile

Re: THE TAPROOM 5

what do you call 'messages"? if you mean the forum, you certainly have seen it (though it is not up to date)
as for message, once you are logged in , and you click on a member profile (through the member list or by clicking their name in a post on the forum), you can send private message, it's a button just right of their avatar.

Hello... I have been very busy lately... Many job and familiar issues. But still on the hobby, just bought a bunch of pending minis using the last monday discount.

I also tried to find all that tinsel-things but I couldn't find the place where dear Master Barliman uses to keep all that ... hmmm... instead I found an old barrel filled with a strange liquid, but there were rattails in it .... gruOom ... hom ... so you complain about a little bit of dust somewhere here, Master Milo? ... rhuom ... I cannot see any dust down there, but you might be closer to it than I am ... well, I'll consider that later on when the time comes ... grrrruom ... I cannot haste anything around here, you know ... huom

Re: THE TAPROOM 5

Hello there gentlemen, I'd like to share some news with you :

I have been in discussion with Chris today (after months of silence), and he was amazed and suprised (and not aware...) that nothing had been released since August.
He confirmed me that he has sculpted (and sent for production) all figurines, up to MZ706 , and even a Christmas figurine, and it is a pity they were not produced

Here is the list of everything that "should" be released :

Mz698 Variag draught beast driver
Mz699 Head of Grond
Mz700 Galadriel in the Swan boat
Mz701 Watch guard at the gates of Orthanc
Mz702 Gandalf and Pippin in Shadowfax
Mz703 Eowyn with the head of the Fell beast
Mz 704 Black Numenorean Standard bearer
Mz705 Sam with the troll turned to stone
Mz706 Gandalf smoking a pipe
2021 Christmas gift - Corsair admiral

Tomorrow he will call Lars Edman to understand what's going on and why nothing was put into production. He will keep me updated and I will forward the information to you smile
(even if he told me good and positive changes have happened to mithril production in the last two months but that does not explain why things were not produced between august and october)

Re: THE TAPROOM 5

huu°uomm ... thank you very much for all you did ... rh°uooOm ... I think Lars could provide you with some news about the production ...
would you mind offering me a nice bowl of a clear-clean-non-sparkeling-honey-coloured-liquid ? ... hûom ... hmm? Just look at the Christmas tree in these absolutely nice premises, decorated with all the skills of a tree ... huomm ...

Re: THE TAPROOM 5

Master Mornedhel ... ruômmmhom right you are ... that Quintilius Varus made a massive mistake here at the "Teuto" as the people living here now like to name the Osning ... huuoomm ... as far as I can remember that Varus thought to escape in north-east direction after he realized that there's no way back ... huom ... that's why one of those wonderful vignettes by Chris is called "The dash to the Wiehengebirge" which is close to the Weser-river ... through the moors in extremely massive rain and storm for days ... well, rhûom ... I don't well remember everything, as  I was not present everywhere then ... trees do not haste, but just disappear in the morning after the battle of "Helm's Deep" ... grûomm ... sorry, a bit too talkative I have been .. hom

Re: THE TAPROOM 5

Thanks master Elf for sharing the news.
It's a privilege to have someone in the club who has a close contact with the Man himself.
But can you give us some more details about the good and positive changes that happened to mithril production in the last two months?
