Re: GF Release

Absolutely wonderful, David. That's it! - Both scenes are brilliant.
[alas, where do you find the time to do something like that?]

Where there is a will there is a way, just as there are no problems, only solutions! Guess it depends on ones own perspective of the matter at that time big_smile

Re: GF Release

That is amazing.

I'll eventually get around to painting my "Aragorn and Eomer" scene (complete with the MX Imrahil and a few dead orcs).

But...no idea when smile

Re: GF Release

Ahhhh, some more works from Mr. David Daines.
Fantastic, David. I like especially your turn to some off-colour-tones.
Especially your colour choice of Celebrimbor is fantastic.
Also the terrain pieces are quiet good. The stairway is great, as the wohle scene is.
Great work, David. I like it very much.

PS: should think about bying this Annatar-vignette . . .

Re: GF Release

Thank you kind sirs,

I think that CT had this scene in mind when designing Annatar and Celebrimbor as he based the scene on the Robin Hood film with Erroll Flyn and Basil Rathbone fighting at the climax of the film up the spiral staircase, obviously production constraints made a smaller staircase neccesary.

I shall endeavour to paint some more big_smile

Diorama Annatar fighting Celebrimbor is magnificant. What a work ! I like dioramas like that, especially when they are conected with some antology movie scene....
