Re: The Travelling Elrond

Ahhh ... Today I got to know that our Elrond has decided to travel to my place. So he might be here next week. That's in time for Christmas. I never had to host an Elf on Christmas, as far as I can remember. So I'm a bit excited.

Re: The Travelling Elrond

HUoommm ... Master Gildor, you know that I really would appreciate hosting a "real" Elf more than just hosting a tiny-metal Elf. You're welcome here any time you might choose.
Though I'm really looking forward to meeting our Traveller. I learned that by now he has quite a bunch to carry, maybe that has been slowing him down a bit.
Well, Master Thingol, be sure that I will discuss with Elrond about his further travels, once he is at my place.

Err ... I just witnessed the number of the entries by the tree ... that confirms that I'm a bit talkative, meseems.

Re: The Travelling Elrond

So, our Travelling Elrond arrived safely at my place today. There were some more things he carried with him. - I'll host him well here, though the weather at the moment isn't very good for taking pictures outside. Errr ... then I will also have to solve the problem that my new PC doesn't know my old camera.

As far as the old camera is concerned . . .

Maybe the magic was the most powerful force in the world. But that was long ago.

Re: The Travelling Elrond

about the camera master ent, just in case you can always transfer the pics by removing the data card from inside your cam (sd card or something alike) and adapt it on your pc via a "usb card reader" if you have one (or if you don't, such adapters can be bought for 7 or 8€)

Re: The Travelling Elrond

the last days Master Elrond was visiting most of my glass cabinets (and there are some) ... still it's a bit dark outside and not a day to take pics - whenever light appears, it is clouded by rain ... just want to tell you that he enjoys having better company than me, the tree ...

Re: The Travelling Elrond

Rhuoommm ... well, just to ask you, are there any wishes from your side as for which other pics I might take (once I can cope better with this new USB & Card-reader thing?) ... at the moment I'm thinking about an "All-Elrond-pic", which means to have all my Elronds being assembled with our Travelling Elrond in one picture (could be 10 + 1). Just let me know about this or give me better advise what else to do.
[Ahem, Master Gildor, there's no pic in your database of the CHR 1998 as I just witnessed. Why? - I think it's one of the best Elronds ever being casted (mind the pointed finger).]

Re: The Travelling Elrond

Very nice environment indeed !
First, I would like a picture with Master Elrond & Master Ent ! lol
Then, each Elrond version all together is a very good idea yes.

it's great pleasure to see Aragorn and Eowyn installed after their final trip. cool

Thanks for showing you painted dragons Master Ent. They look great.

If you need a Glass cabinet, I can buy 1 for you, same kind as per Gildor in summer.

Re: The Travelling Elrond

Err ... thank you, Master Milo. Indeed. But it's not only another glass cabinet I need. Space is the matter. By now I have invaded our living room with some of them. More of them still are in my study and still more to be built, as Mithril-MS releases still are about to "survive". - Yes, I do like to quickly see a figure that is talked about in a thread. I just have to look left, or go next door to our living room. Huomm ... they all stand in line ordered in numbers - though - more or less ... anyway, to cut it short ... I am in need of a new glassy-cabinet, so I'll contact you via PM ...
Yes indeed, Eowyn and Aragorn both have found a nice place here and feel fine among all the others. With the pic I just want to let you know.
As for the picture of some Ent with our 'Travelling' Elrond, it's on my list. I still keep the base of my "Ent-Diorama". I'll place both of them there, as I constructed the base as a kind of stage. So, whoever enters is on stage. Thank you.

Re: The Travelling Elrond

Thingol, Master of black-and white photography, underlined with music to contemplate ...
Elronds are.
M2, M143, MS226, M230, M270, M338, LR6, LR37, CHR 1998 and LO16. These are 10.
You referred to the MC-releases which are double (2).
The 11th Elrond I referred to was Wendy's, that's why I said "+1"
