I used those scribbled small cartons I found behind the bar to get it burning again ... hom ... a Spanferkel needs a lot of heat, you know ... huom ... nearly as much as a small ox ... rhuoommm ...

Re: The Taproom

That was a wise decision to use those scribbled small cartons to ignite the fire. But what can you expect from the Wisest of Ents!lol

That I'm used to, though not many people apologise.

So, how many people were convinced by Mithril's little "glue stick" jape? (Is there such a thing as "April Fool's Day" outside Bree? Forgive me for not knowing, but I'm not a well-travelled man...)

What do you mean with that Master Barliman. That wasn't a joke I tryed it. Heat up the moulds in the oven to 180 C
Make sure you sprayed the inside of the mould with enough Teflon spray before you put the glue in. Keep the mould upright and put it in the freezer for 1/2 an hour. The minis bounce pretty good, but that is about all you can do with them! lol

Re: The Taproom

So, you believed it enough to try, eh? Never mind. I'm sure that living upside down all the time can't help. At the very least it must make all the scrumpy rush to your head.

Well it seems living Down Under got some good sides too. The scrumpy works a lot faster! lol

Re: The Taproom

Hi Master Caster,

Sorry, I've been very busy at home, adding some texture to the external walls. I am exhausted now. I need a big meal and several pints.
Barliman ? where are you ?

Always around, I'm afraid, but not always in view. Been out in the yard gardening, since it's such a nice day.

Everything else than a crowdy place . . .
It would be nice having a scrambled egg with onions and tomatoes on a buttered toast.
I hope everybody is busy on working with these marvellous miniatures . . .

Strange, indeed. As strange as the habit of putting eggs on a buttered toast ..... roll
