Re: THE TAPROOM 2

Malnutrition?! As far as I am concerned absolutely no question . . .
Warg-scratchings??!!! That the first step into the direction of : Mc Barliman !
Do we like that? Absolutely NOT!

OK! Rumors? News? We don't want to hear about "Scratchings," etcetera . . . .

Master barliman ? With roasted potatoes, I would love to have a "steak bleu" as we say in hobbiton. And a fresh ale of course.
wink

Huoommm ... right you are somehow, Master Twrich ... huom ... ok, why not frequent the Pony also for having fun or jesting about imaginary meals or those brew-and-liquid-things .. huomm ..
but if our Man in the Dark is in need of a rumour, that's alright, isn't it? ... huom ... I think I will not offend anybody telling that the 2nd edition of our dear Master Zoetrop's Mithril catalogue will be available as a free download on the official Mithril website in a future which will be not be too far away ... rhuoommm ...
now, that's a rumour, isn't it? .... rhuoommm ... though not everything can be hasted, right? ... huooommm ... I mentioned this just to keep Master Twrich from grumbling in the dark ... huom

No, don't stop him grumbling - it's the only way I know he's there half the time. That and the aroma of his interesting but undoubtedly perfectly legal tobacco.

Master Barliman !

Can you offer to british fellows a drink before tomorrow morning   please ?
This is my contribution to support a nice and friendly fight Between England & France in the rugby Wolrd Cup 1/4 final.
For those on middle earth who do not understand rugby union rules, here is a very nice tutorial: http://vimeo.com/29347932

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

Rugby? Is that the one where a lot of muddy idiots run around a field like headless chickens with a squashed football when they aren't biting each other's ears off?

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

In Croatia, rugby is far away from a popular sport. Almost no one is watching those headless chickens lol. But after this video... who knows.... maybe one day become interesting...

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

I played rugby when I was a kid, as a chicken wink.
Then, around 20 years old, I became a bull player...
Now, when I'm on the field, I more look like an Hippo !  lol

And I live near Toulouse, where rugby is the main religion. Regarding list of winners, "Stade Toulousain" is the best Rugby Union club in Europe (like "Real Madrid" in football for instance).

So rugby gives rhythm to every week-end here ! And I'm happy that I can share drinks with others at the pony and talking about it !

Cheers everyone !

Thank you for the drink Master Milo, and although I have seen these rules before they do require more than one look to fully understand them lol big_smile

Hello Milo, come on over to my table and I'll give you some Southfarthing weed for your pipe. We can have a drink and discuss the affairs of Middle-earth.

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

Huoommm ... as for another matter, could anybody, please, explain why there had been that much disinterest visiting the Pony while Master Barliman left me in charge of it lately ... ? ... now at least that seems to be settled, as frequence is rising a bit again ... rhuommm ... then I witness another decline at the moment concerning suggestions on that official-Mithril-thing-board ... rhuomm , that never was that poorly filled with suggestions .... rhuom ... why not have a look at all the suggestion that have been made so far, instead of always trying to find a new suggestion? .... rhuoommm ... there are so many good ideas still ... huomm ... why care about who first suggested this or that? ... huom ... it's not important, believe me .... huomm ... ? ... err, well ... I think it's important to have a good choice (mind the menu of the Pony) ... hom ... better to have a list of nine to choose from than a poor three .... huommm ... in case nothing happens I'm about to provoke again with my suggestion of a 'female orc' ... rhuoommm ... I doubt that you'll want to have that old discussion being opened again .... ggggggggrrruûomm

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

Absolutely nothing wrong with suggesting a female Orcs, Master Tree. Tolkien as good as says they existed (see "Peoples of Middle-earth"), so no debate is necessary. But I wonder what they'd have looked like.

Master Ent, I almost suggested Female Orc, but went with Girion again. I would love to see a version of a Female Orc from Chris!!!  ;-)
