Re: THE TAPROOM 2

Huoommm ... I just unpacked MS571 and MS572 .... rhuomm ... that wine merchant I think is one of the finest ladies The Man has ever sculpted, the details, the necklace, the belt ... ahhh ... huom ... then all those details of the things the nice pony carries .... excellent ... hom ... find no words to praise this one .... huoommm .... of course, I also like that Ent very much as it also is a wonderful figure ... huoommm ... look him in the eyes and you clearly see his anger ... rhuoomm ... tiny details as the helm design of the orc-commander .... yes, it's the same as it was used once for the Angrenost guard .... hooooooommmmm .... that postwoman saved my day today .... rhuooommmmmmmmmm

It actually works out to slightly over 30%, of course, not 33%. But it's still a very useful discount. I shall have to hope that I can afford to make use of it, because even with that kind of discount most of the figures I want remain prohibitively expensive! I'll decide on the day.

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

mmhh this is not really 33%...

89% of (89% of (89% of 100€)) = 70.49€  which means the reduction is (100-70.49)=29.50% total reduction wink

This remains quit an opportunity nevertheless... I should order some CH or friends&foes...

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

You're right. Slightly under 30%, not slightly over. But I did work it out in my overcrowded head, so I did pretty well!

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

What really is still expensive in this taproom is the drink. When are you going to do some discount too, Master Barliman? wink

By the way, I'll buy something in Mithril with that discount ..... It's the only way to get prices "something" achievable in my pocket ..... roll

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

I know what you mean Master Erchamion - regarding Mithril's prices, that is, not regarding mine! Since you get your virtual drinks in the Pony virtually free, let's not hear any more complaints.

If I do decide to take Mithril up on their offer, it wll probably be to catch up on some of the older MS releases that I couldn't afford at the time.

Huoommm ... alas ... all is about the coiny-things again, right ... huoommm ... I have a more serious problem than worry about some virtual prices (which are not the Mithril ones) ... huom ... today I couldn't keep from assembling the jars of wine to that wonderful pony ... rhuoommm ... no, Barliman, the one of MS572 ... huom ... it cries out for being painted with all those very fine details ... huomm ... but my problem is about what that most beautiful young lady is holding in her right hand ... huom ... something to tease the pony to keep walking, meseems .... but what is it .... rhuomm ... as I do not know that much about those horse-creatures ... it's not an apple or a lumb of sugar, I'm sure .... huomm ... maybe someone around here can help me, please ... hom

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

Looking at MS572 pictures, I wonder if the wine merchant girl is holding a missive, kind of wrapped &  rolled paper or parchment ?

I would hazard a guess that it is the pony's reins as she is leading him/her. If you look closely it looks like straps big_smile

I know that discount is not 33% guys smile but it looks better just add up the percentages than write "slightly over/under 30%", and for me is even better than this.... I have no sales tax VAT for pay smile this is another/+ 17.26% less on final price wink I do not want to go in EU..... smile If I could choose Mithril without VAT or EU I choose non EU smile

In one hand she holds the bag and the other holding the reins of a horse Master forest warden ..... For me, this is definitely one of the top 50 figures... from all the releases....

Hello, it's been very quiet in here...Let's do some noise and share drinks, smokes and good food with fellows.
I'll have a refreshing clear water, before a pint of bitter please.

Re: THE TAPROOM 2

A good drinking policy if you don't want to end up under the table too soon. (Strange things happen under tables in the Pony, as I expect you've heard...)
