SCRUBY ENT

Came across an interesting Jack Scruby figure on eBay yesterday - I've never seen this figure before, and wondered if anyone here knows its history, and whether it was part of a wider LOTR range? —

I've posted this in the Pony as well, just to make sure the regulars see it!

Re: SCRUBY ENT

An interesting figure. I have never seen it before, or even heard of it. The legs and torso are nicely done, the head and arms look too human for my taste.

Re: SCRUBY ENT

Agreed. The height (5 inches) is also a bit of an issue in terms if integrating it with other company's ranges. Still, it's always interesting to see how other people envisage Middle-earth.

Re: SCRUBY ENT

Thanks for adding these, Master Dave. Not as nice as the Ent, though, and the painting standard is poor. At least we now know what scale the range was. I wonder how many figures there were in all?

Never seen or heard of that Ent-figure before. - Quite tall it is, and I don't really like it, not only because of the sad look in the eyes.
