Saving Private Rhian
Friends and Foes of Mithril
I hope you will enjoy this little story (and the pictures)
Rhian, our Lossarnach infantryman, was returning from a mission when he was closed in by Mordor Orcs, but as always, the cavalry arrives just in time for the rescue…
The Rohirrim fight their way through the war party. The first Rohan rider even is hunting the chief Orc on his Warg. The Orc rides for his life.

I really like your stories because they give life to your miniatures... when I look at your photos... I moved to some place indoors in Middle Earth...Great Job Master Gerold!!! I'm agree these rocks look very real!!

Other Warg riders are charging in order to save their leader.
A Half-Troll commander is calling his men to attack the Riders of Rohan. 
Orc archers are pointing their arrows from between the rocks.

But the Riders are fearless and continue their rescue operation. 
The Orc standard bearer is getting stabbed down by the lancer. 
The image of the approaching allies is the last thing Rhian sees, before he looses conscience by the knock of a war club...
