Re: The Taproom

Rhhuuuooommmm .... I just witnessed that our Master Rita.de was complaining on that Gold-Board-thing that his idea of a mounted archer from the East was cancelled .... rhuoommm ...
I can understand that, but it was not Master O'Brian who cancelled the figure, as he is not in the position to do so ... huom ... it was The Man ... rhuuooommmm ... as there is the sculpted Easterling-series ... hooommmm ... they do exist  -  for some years by now ... gruom ... and that series includes a hell lot of riders ... huoommm ... at least one of them is an archer ... huom ... it doesn't make sense to sculpt the same figure again or tear it off from the series .... rhuoommmmhuommmm ... that's what I think ... hom

Re: The Taproom

Yes, I can understand taht too. Wolf-riders do exist also !!!!
But- trust The Man. Everytime I cross these Easterlings which has bean made by The Man already-in the meanwhile I start to shiver. For thrill´s sake.
I really love those "Easterling" (Mongols, Skythian or whatever) since I was a child.
You pointed out, those miniatures exist for years now. But they won´t go into production. Neither mithril nor phaeton. Master Estel and myself would buy them.
So there is a vacuum left. The famous archer exist, but nobody can afford him.
It really makes no sense to skulp him again. Your statement is right . . .

Hey don't start attacking the wolfrider! No isengard wolfrider has been made, I don't lump all humans riding horses into one group.

Re: The Taproom

Huoommm ... I don't think so, Master Estel ... rhuoommm ... though I wish it would ... huom ... there are other matters involved in this, I'm afraid ... rhuooommm ... that "horde", as you like to call it, doesn't need a king to see the light ... rhuoommm ... I'm afraid there's more about it ...
rhuoommm ...

Re: The Taproom

I would also like to see Easterlings as soon as possible, specially if it's known fact that they are already sculpted by the Man. I'm not happy because of throw out from voting master's from Mirkwood idea... but next time.... that was one of the best ideas. Easterling king... if my suggestion doesn't take place in second round Easterling king will be my choice... And I hope that other parts of new Helms deep figures soon will on "daylight"

Re: The Taproom

I didn´ t attack the wolf-rider from Isengard, Master shadyt! I would never attack a suggestion from a fellow!
My intention was to keep an eye on the explanatory statement. Look clear, please.

And now, I will paint some White Hand Icons on the shields of my four wolf-riders . . . wink
