Ah, I knew, that Master Tolkien uses names twice, or even threetimes. But- I am not a king.
I stay simply an archer . . . and look: there is an Elf mentioned in the depths of mirkwood named: Turamabar. I am sure!

Than.... dear friend ! Thingol Master of Doriath welcomes you Master Turambar.... I hope that your arrival in the faerie chambers this time be eternal ... and happy, I would say ... not like in story... for both of us....
Right now you should go on first motorbike shop and buy new helmet for your BMW.... this one with a dragon look...
This on could be fine.... ![]()

I love bikes, as long as they have at least a 70 hp engine fitted!

for the green hills of Istria.... I would I'd like to put together from the imported pieces just few yards from the grandmas’ garden...

That wouldn't be a problem at all Master Sam!
But it would be the first Hobbit house I built!

If you need help for dimensioning, a french hobbit might be usefull (though they do not go often in adventures...unless meals are guaranted of course.
).

You need an architect, don´t you . . .
Offline
No worries Master Forest Warden, food is always plenty at hand and only the good organic one!

I'm a Master Carpenter, so I'm allowed to built a two and half story house without a architect and I believe Hobbits rather have single story houses...

OK. So now, what is the plan ?
