Re: The Taproom

huoomm ... Master Gildor, Master Turambar is right ... though there's right hand within that massive glove holding the sword ... at the body of the figure there's a nice hole at the belt which fits to hold arm and sword ... huoommm ... the company said that there were only 20 castings of that unprimed Christmas-one, giving them away on a "first-ask-first-gets" offer ... huoomm ... remember we also had something like this with good-old-Christmas-Thranduil 2007, though released in 2008 - those 50 extra-castings were coated, not as this year's Khand-Lord ... huoom ... hooooooom... klappedi-klomm ... hom

Alas, the taxman has a better memory than either of us. He never forgets anything.

Re: The Taproom

Hi guys smile

I know I hardly ever post on here but I just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year!

I was back in France for holidays and I took some photos of Mithril figs I painted ages ago. I think I'll post some in the appropriate section of the forum smile

Re: The Taproom

Welcome, Master Celtof. Do post your photos! I'm sure veryone will be delighted to see them! And welcome to the Pony - I don't think you've ever been within therse hallowed walls before (try not to trip over Nob, by the way - he tends to get under everyone's feet when he's scrubbing the wargskin doormats).

Master Mabden is around. Seems not to be an orc, he is around, as I said. Please welcome him/her.

He´s a friend of mine, also a miniature collector and Tolkien fan. But by now I don´t know if he´s too busy or shy to post here wink

Re: The Taproom

Belated Happy New Year, and welcome Master Mabden smile

Re The Lord of Khand - great figure, but if you do order any of the unprimed ones (assuming any are left) print this is BOLD, CAPS on your order form, or you may get the antiqued version like I did.

Having said that, I do like these antiqued versions so while preferring the un-assembled version I have no complaints.
