Very good battle scene. Can I supose the foothills behind miniatures are the mountainside in the Lonely Mountain?
The environment around works really well here, looks good with the scale and accompany the miniatures in a natural way.
I hope to see more soon.

A bit updating news from the "Grandma's garden"
Today there were some rare half orc and two angry Ents.... They are little discussed about their common problems...
... second attempt...

This is the Ent! My friend!
Very dynamic scene, the "lost" Halforcs and the fellowship Ent!
I think you should think over to build a diorama. This scene is lost if you take the minis out of grandma´s garden . . . and that´s a pity!
Just saw "The Two Towers" on DVD this weekend and I recocnize a very similarity to the Ithilien-scene. That looks very terrific!

As always, thank you dear friends... I am a long time thinking about the small dioramas. Especially after I saw the works of Master Turambar....
I have lots of experience with large dioramas. So to me it was a small problem to do. The big problem is that we do not have much space in the apartment....
All these photos are stored in my archives and waiting for their moment to one day be transferred to the dioramas !!!!
.... The Road Goes Ever On.....

Me too!!!! That´s the reason wha my dioramas are "little" dioramas.
To be certain. This is a problem, but, Master Thingol, you know how I solve this . . .
There is a concept necessary, without any doubt . . .

The space, the main enemy of the miniature painters and scene makers
As always, your pictures recreates the scenes of tolkien´s world perfectly
Have you ever considered to reunite your pictures in a unique archive (Word, PDF), as a book... and tell different stories by images?

Yes I know dear Master Turambar.. yes I know... But for now I have to exclude these forms of innovation.... in the room area planning.... !
