Re: The Uruloki

... very... very... very ..... nice... great choice of colors dear hobbit friend .... shrubs on the dioramas is excellent. Reminds me of the undergrowth as we have on our coast ... uf ... I see that I need to watch out for.... where I go. Perhaps this dragon arrives to grandma's garden and burn all wink

.... Farewell to Middle-earth at last. I see the Star above my mast!

Yes very nice Milo, and I too like the choice of colour you have used - watch out, watch out, there's a Uruloki about; head him off from Grandma's garden big_smile.

Maybe the magic was the most powerful force in the world. But that was long ago.
The dragons are gone, the giants are dead and the children of the woods are forgotten.

Re: The Uruloki

What can i say? Love the final result, can´t wait to see it in the complete diorama

And if you imagine the shrubs like the top of trees and the rocks like hills, the uruloki looks huge!

Happy to help wink

Merci tout le monde for kind words.
I received the elven lady today, hopefully painted and put on a diorama in front of the dragon before 2011 ends.

Re: The Uruloki

Thanks everyone for good words. It's always a pleasure to read compliments. wink big_smile

In fact I doubt Niniel being elvish kind. As Turambar is human, her sister shall also be human too ?
Sorry Master archer for my mistake.

By the way, I sent a kind of poster to Michael this morning:

Re: The Uruloki

It's here:
http://fr.fontriver.com/dingbats/runes_ … dex_3.html

just select the font to use.
Then enter the text you want, select it's size and click on "Validez"
the result is displayed, Copy/Paste into your image (using print screen function for instance or right click save image as...)

I did not try but these fonts may be also available for download.

Re: The Uruloki

I used "Hobbiton Brush hand" font (page 2) and "Bilbo hand" font (page 4) for my picture.

Re: The Uruloki

Thanks for kind words, I'm glad you like it. wink

If you want to use a downloaded font, unzip the downloaded file, copy/paste the .ttf file in C:\Windows\Fonts
Then, you can use it in word, Excel for instance.
