Many Mithril Pages @ Faerylands

I asked Master Michael to be informed about the missing Durin IV.
Remember, I ordered this MS figure at 11/11/11 discount last year!
So this delay is about three months meanwhiling.
He replied today that The Man recasted this miniature! Believe it or not . . .

PS they are still waiting for those recasts . . . anyway: my money is gone- for three months meanwhiling . . .

Huoommmm ... first there seems to be no plans or ideas in that company about "who is doing what" and "where the hell is this Chr-Theoden-figure gone" ... hoommm ... in case you already spent money on that hassle, of which you're not responsible, I would rather say that one really can be slightly annoyed with such a mess ... rhuoommm ... yes, indeed ...
Huoomm ... second, as always, I will not comment on a figure presented in a half-thumbnail-size ... huom ... the only thing I can clearly define is a vertical staff being held by some figure with some kind of sword ... rhuom ...
rhuooommmhûom ... third ....  huom ... merchandising a new product in some at least half-way acceptable way always was beyond the skills of that company, as we know for decades ... huom ...

rhuoommm ... as I don't want to be regarded as being too much critical about Mithril-matters ... huom ... I would like to add here, that I very much enjoy the way of how the figures of the HD2 were sculpted ... rhuoommm ... that's brilliant ... the different parts of each figure, being assembled to it, is poor joy ... rhuoommm ... they make them so much spaceseizing sculptures (!!!), not those flat ones ... rhuom ... a most brilliant bunch of Celts ... rhuommm ... I will not get back on commenting on the stunning shield-designs again ... huoomm ....

I must admit I like the "pose" of Junast but I don't like this strictly vertical shepherd crook....  there is something odd in such "geometrical" verticality... almost not natural... too "straight"...

Huuooommmm ... Master Cameosis I also like the base very much ... huommm ... the one where one leg is bent because of resting on higher ground, some stones or rocks ... rhuom ... there are not many of those bases in the whole Mithril-range ... hom ... in all the old M-series there were just two figures, M274(Anarion) and M320(Elf girl) ... rhuoommm? ... HOM ... then there was some kind of inflation of that kind of base in the LR-series ... huommm ... LR7(isildur) LR8(Cirdan) LR10(Gil-galad) LR11(Witch-King) LR13(Adunaphael) LR39(Elrohir) ... rhuuûomm ... before there was the Christmas-figure in 1995(King Arthur) ... huom ... also the first Mx had a similar base, MX421(Fram) ... rhuommmm ... now with this Junast it's the second time that such a base is used after "my" MS555(Hirluin) ... huomm ... not counting LR37(Elrond) as his right leg is placed on stairs, not on rocks, you know ... rhuoommm ...

That´s the point I wanted to say. I see these figures WON´T fit together. And that´s a kind of odd. A missing chance.
So far I suppose my "warlord" concept will have a spare place . . .

Huooommmm ... that makes very much sense, Master Cameosis, very much sense indeed ... rhuoommm ... and as for you, Master Turambar, you have so many concepts awaiting to be finished ... huoom ... so, why worry? ... hoommm ... so far there are only ideas and some concepts ... hoouûm ... just a lack of ideas ... huomm ... which never has been a problem at all .... huom ...

What a strange thing to do! It's particularly strange that he gave no reason. Very odd. But as you say, Master Gildor, all one can do is say farewell.

Good heavens, you mean the tree is yet another four seasons older? Well done Master Tree, and may there be many more happy years to follow! If you wait a minute, I'll fill your bowl with something better than water to celebrate....
