Re: THE TAPROOM 3

huooommmm ... I do not eat those eggs, I just hide them in the garden ... though ... er, except the scrambled ones in the morning ... huom ... but, as people in Bree say, an egg a day keeps the doctor away ... huoommm ... was it pears? ... er peas? ... or even red beans in tomatoe juice? ... huomm ... I'm getting old ...
anyway, it just is about keeping the doctor away, isn't it? ... rhuuu00mmm <----- [two hidden eggs on the left] ... huom ...
as for digestion there always is a liquid ... huooooommm ... Master Barliman, me bowl's empty, would you please ... yes, thank you ... rhuom ....

Alas, I'm not allowed to eat chocolate easter eggs, nor chocolate rabbits either, but Happy Easter to those of you who can! Eat a few for me as well.

My grandma used to hide flaky/brittle/chocolate-eggs everywhere . . .
unfortunately she passed away many years ago!
Fortunately my lovely woman jump on that train . . .
Happy Easter to all of you!

Very important if you want to maintain a Hibbit-like physique.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

Ah, well, you need to watch how much of the apple nectar that you drink, Master Hibbit, 'cos it's the scrumpy that's responsible for my bad spelling - that and the fact that a lad from the Third Age such as myself can't get his fingers to come to terms with this newfangled Fourth (or is it Fifth?) Age technology. Bring back quill pens and parchment, says I.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

Me too! Receiving them, in this case . . .
Those musicians are wonderful. And without base at present.
(Puuhhh- that was reall hell. Cutting the base off . . . )
PS: already had a very certain look at my folder: "pictures of Alhambra". A very nice holiday accross Al-Andalus. Unfortunately too many years ago . . .
The result: many many ideas and inspiration . . .

Master Turambar: I wait you here if you want to remember this ancient travel...... wink
If you need some more "original material" (books, postcards, drawings, etc ...) that will produce inspiration for one of your wonderful scenarios you don´t hesitate to ask me.  I gladly would I send you ..... smile

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

huoommm ... I just saw that the first official pictures of Tarannon (alright, there was one of him before) and the Razarac have been published by Master O'Brien half an hour ago ... rhuoomm ... so it seems that the Company somehow went back to work ... rhûooomm ... though I'm afraid we'll never get to know what they did since Christmas-time ... huoommm ...

Probably they were planning for a Guinness festival or something. Looking forward to Tarannon.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

huooommm ... indeed, so do I ... rhuom .... then I think that the attacking Razarac seems to become a better figure than his younger brother from the old range ... huoomm ... at leasts the wings seems to be more appropriate to the weight of the body ... hoooommmm ... but we'll see ...

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

The Razarac isn't "real" Tolkien, so I shan't be buying one of these. It's a very nice figure, though.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

huommm ... alas, not that old discussion about canonical figures, please ... rhuom ... let's better have a bowl and a pint of that ... er ... that coiny-thing-saving liquid you have to offer tonight for half-price, Master Barliman ... huoom????

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

If I've got to buy more MS figures soon then there'll be no half-price drinks for a while, I'm afraid, so that I can recoup my funds to a spendable level. But I can let you have a pint of water absolutely free.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

huoommm ... that's exactly what I intended ... rhuom ... though I asked for a bowl ... hom ... anyway, thank you very much ... huommrhuom ... better to have a pint of water from a generous barkeep in Bree than having to wait for the next rain ... rhuoomm ... as my cousins in Fangorn use to say ... huom
