Re: THE TAPROOM 3

Hi master Barliman,
I am back in Bree after a week in grey mountains. I enjoyed snow but l missed your breakfast very much.
Please, a warm and big breakfast today for I am back on MMP.

Hi fellows, l read some liquid discussions around me. I discovered one  last week. It is called Genepi. Very tasty and warming when your throat is dry and cold.tongue

I prefer real absinthe myself - gets the poetic juces flowing so that I can write Pre-Raphaelite poetry.

Absinthe is kind of stuff that makes poets crazy when they drink too much...

It's good you also drink scrumpy sometimes to bring you back to real life !

Huooommm ... not real life this is? .... alas ... huom ... ??? ... then, Master Barliman, would you mind filling up me bowl with a liquid of first choice, please, and serving some Cumberlanders with mashed potatoes and peas along with it ... huom ... a nice Cranachan will do for dessert ... and ... huom? ... a drink for the barkeep, of course ... rhuom ... mind the Man in the Dark, please, he's lacking drinks and weeds ... huom ... yes, of course, coiny-things I have ... huom ... them new ones ... I gave that piece of plastic to Nob already ... don't know if he can cope with it ... huoommm .... I wonder why you're frowning ... hmm

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

I'm frowning at the concept of plastic money. I've always assessed the validity of coins by biting them - if they don't bend, then they probably real. But these strange rectangular plastic coins bend every time, and even show my tooth marks!

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

Huoomm ... better not to try to bite on that plastic-cards to find out about their value ... rhûom ... besides, only biting on a coiny-thing to find out if it bends alone wouldn't tell you its worth ... huomm ... that just might cause a visit to your dentist. :::  Huomm ... you also have to consider its weight in your hand ... hom ... but who I'm telling this ... huommtidomm ... what about my order? ... huom ...

Ah, Master Tree, thank you for remembering me with the ale and weed--well, I am back from a journey into the vast Wilderland! And. of course, will be gone again soon.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

Nice to see Bladorthin has won this month's Fellowship vote - I'm genuinely excited to see how Master Tubb will render him. Not least as to whether he sees him as an Elf or Man.

That's annoying, isn't it? It happened to a couple of my suggestions a few years ago.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

I am supposing that they have been busy with the "waterloo battle" event.... but since this is what I am hoping for. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaMFXAMxmA0
Maybe this was the reason for the last the clearance offers... they need room for that. (sadly I though the reason was for some kind of "massive" release something)

And I would like to join that drink Barli... so one pint of that dark dark beer please!

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

I think that you are correct about the Battle of Waterloo taking up their time. But that does not mean that we will not get releases; If I remember correctly, almost all of the 12 releases that we got last year were in the 2nd half of the year.
