Re: THE TAPROOM 3

It's certainly very quiet - which is hardly surprising when there's nothing new to talk about. Mind you, it's allowed us time to get the garden sorted out a little ready for the spring. As soon as it's a bit warmer I'll put chairs and tables in the yard outside so that people can sit in the sun. At the moment, however, the wind is rather too cold.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

Been busy on the Leaving Bree 'Pony' scene - putting down a layer of air drying clay that don't crack as it dries - well that's what it said on the packet!!!!!!! hmm.

Will see how many more cracks have appeared when I get home tonight wink.

Meanwhile, off on a visit.

I guess webs must be something not easy to cope with for a tree.
On my side, I feel I shall never have webs in my bowl as we Hobbits never forget when it's time to eat & drink. lol

By the way, I have been taking care of wife & kids, house, garden, job for past weeks. Now I need to get back on Mithrils wink

Hi master Barliman,

I heard the tree is around. Could you ask master Ent to come and share a bowl while I am having 3rd breakfast ?

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

You haven't paid for the first two yet (did I see you eat the bill?] In the meantime, I think the Tree has wandered off for a couple of thousand ent-strides, to work up an appetite before he eats.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

Let's drink to our funny Europe.
In june in Belgium we  will celebrate the BICENTENARY OF THE BATTLE OF WATERLOO with the biggest re-enactment ever.
For the event Belgium decided to create a new 2 euro coins but France applied a Veto as they lost there their empire (new standard euro coins must be approved by all euro zone countries).
So Belgium creates a new 2.5 euro Waterloo coin which do not required approbation :-) as non standard.

Vive l'Europe

That, Master Tree, explains why you don't like parting with it.

Re: THE TAPROOM 3

Hello Mithril friends--it has been a little quiet in the Pony lately--I guess it's time to offer a  free round of drinks to anyone here!!

Wake me up at the table in the dark corner if I'm dozing off when you come by!

And Dave--I can't wait to see your progress on the Master vignette!
