Hm.... what more can I say after I seen those pictures and your movie dear Severine... little charming village full of peaceful bright colors... peaceful atmosphere... and what more....I would like to live in such a peaceful countryside.
I wonder if I'm missing something here.... competition in coloring Tabletop world villages.....

I think the owners of TTW make the decision on best entry, viewers can 'Like' an entry and there is a prize for the most likes received.

Thanks for the link. There are different kind of artworks, some are reallly impressive !
I wonder if best painter of best dioramas maker will get the winning prize at the end.
I have my favourites for podium
Good luck to both of you

Thank you Milo.
David will going to win and for myself I'll just hope to be on the podium but for now I'm 5th. There's a lot of beautiful dioramas, the competition is hard, and I like some of them.
Congratulations for David for his wonderful work
A MMP's winner will be great:D

Don't forget competitions are judged on many factors, some modelling shows I have attended have yielded some strange results - I have seen entries that I would have voted for not even get a placing. Judges sometimes look for different things than we modellers.
If we can both finish in the top three I think we should have something to celebrate in The Pony .
Anyway, wishing you well Mistress Sevlag .

Both of you deserves prize... David's work is remarkable, and Sevleg's work is nice and charming... this is my modest oppinion... I looked on all work on this facebook site, and there are also few very nice painted models, but not as diorama... I like one wind mill covered with snow... how can we vote for your works... how we can vote for both of you... by pushing a "like" button ;-)

Congratulations Sevlag, we didn't win the main prizes, but at least you managed to get in 'the frame' for the most Likes .

I am quite disapointed by the winner which, even if great artwork only address the mill....
To me both of you deserve applauses for all the magnificent work done.

Thank you , in fact I am a 'winner' because without the incentive of the competition I would never have finished that damn diorama which was conceived long before the competition announcement .
That said, the works of the winners were wonderful miniature scenes

Thank you dear friends
It's true that I'm a little disappointed by the choice of Tabletop, but I didn't make this diorama for the competition and I managed to do what I had in mind, although for the contest I've not had time to finish it completely and put all the figures.
What I'm proud is the realization of the river: I followed the advice you had given to me David, a long time ago, and for a first realization I'm glad that it makes.

It worked very well it does look very effective.
We now both have to finish these scenes properly .

Congratulations to both of you, for having "the nuts" to end such enormous projects, maintaining the interest and to keep them "growing" during an overextended period of time. It must have been a difficult thing to do.
Oh!, And I am too a bit disappointed for the election of the winner, although it is a great work other ones with maybe ten times the hours of work behind, should have won.

I found an interesting product to create a diorama base, you can support it here:
(https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/20 … evolutions)
in addition, it is working with a website which I know well and whose products are of best quality. (http://www.thomarillion.de/index.php?se … prache=gb_)

To my French friends who would buy the latest creation of Tabletop World: the stone bridge, click on this link. This French website offers their products with shipping included and a 10% reduction: making the stone bridge at 112 € instead of 150 € if you order directly from Tabletop World website :

Hello guys,
I found a new website : HobbyZone is a company from Poland that offers you useful items which enable you to improve your working conditions and keep the work space clean and tidy.
You can find it here :

Thank you for that Sevreine, I have a bad habit of using something and only putting it back months later
I have seen similar items over here in the UK that hold paint bottles, but are very expensive and could quite easily be replicated at a fraction of the cost (but as I have yet to do so it may explain why these companies do produce this stuff).

I bought a couple of years ago these two kit.
I have to say that the store is reliable and high quality products
And the zloty-euro exchange rate is quite interesting. However, to offset the shipping costs you should make a "large" order (in my case I got together with some club´s friends to order)
