I agree with you Master Thingol !
Great use of the funny "Bounders" and Rose ...
Of course, the painting work is awesome.
I like a lot this diorama Master Fabrice... and the subject is the better you could choose !

Good game
Master Milo and thank you both for your compliments.
Blue...
I am neither the creator nor the author of the color palettes that you have before you. This is Jacques' work.
For the French, in the tribute I pay to Jacques, I wrote a quick note on the way he apprehended the painting of Mithril figurines: it's here.

For non-French speakers,
I hope Google Translate will not distort my words too much.

Of course, I've seen the pictures and read your post, Master Fabrice.
Master Jacques was a great painter and surely a real "gentle-man"...
I hope that your tribute to his memory will be possible in May... or maybe later if possible ?
All the best for you and your family, stay safe !

Summer is coming !
English version
Good morning all,
I took advantage of the long weekend and the good weather, to take advantage of my garden and the idea of putting some storage in my Mithril figurines, came to me .
Suddenly, I also completed the filling of this small black display case, bought a very long time ago and which has the great advantage of having more than 100 boxes. You see what I mean ?
So with some of my duplicates out of the blister, I ordered them in ascending order of reference. No large rooms, boxes too small, so no riders of Rohan, trolls, dromedary or Razarac but it does not matter. And the idea of offering you a little game also came to me!
Where's Strider ?
In addition, I made a voluntary placement error.
Who will be the first to find it and give me the name of this reference ?
I am currently in a very good mood and a little mischievous too ! Is it because of the deconfinement ? Come on, I hope this little note has found you all in good health !

Strider is located @M58 room
Wrong place is for M83.
I like this game very much. Are holes missing ones or you did not have time put everything ?

Waouh !!!
Wow !!!
My dear Milo, what speed!
We hold our winner!
I would have liked to present this fully full display case to you, but as explained above, the size of the boxes does not allow large pieces to be inserted, hence some empty ones. For the rest, this corresponds to the absence of duplicates outside the blister.
An additional challenge to come .

Nice show case Master Fabrice ! and useful .
For the game, it seems that Master Milo has found Strider and the error..
He win ! Congrats !
I've only a small show case for the painted Mithril figures and if I continue, I think that I will no more have place enough.

Thanks for your kind words. I can for sure fill some holes, just let me know if you need anything.
Let's do this game again with another glass cabinet. Just give me some spare time.

I'm glad you like this little game.
Strider has resumed his journey for ODOF 202, god only knows where he will reappear next time?
Let the imagination run wild and I will surely offer you another version.
Yes, sure, it would be nice to be able to complete the holes in this display case, but I don't make it my priority. Thank you very much for the proposal, Master Milo.
Dear Master Sam, it seems that your seller was faster than me. Did you get the first Handbook?

Dear Master Fabrice, the package is on the way so I don't know what is exactly the "book" . It will be a surprise !
If it's not the handbook , it's not too late.
And for Strider, I'm impatient to see him in real life ! But it will be nice to see the Hero again here.

Master Sam Wise,
did you receive your package?
Is this the Hanbook?

Just seen your post Master Fabrice.
The packet is arrived on the "Point-Relais" but it's closed today so I will have it tomorrow.
I will have a lot of figures to trade... and a mystery book ...
I've bought another big lot today with some rare figures...
For sure, I will post some listings here before I try to sell the ones I don't need.

Beautiful display case! makes me think of those old typographic cases to hold the metal letters for printing!

You're right dear Maenas, with the difference here that the boxes have all the same dimensions. But these windows with the letters, with boxes of different sizes would do my job. I could include Rohan's riders, trolls, and other creatures.

I agree Master Fabrice, those typographic cases could be perfect for figures... I've a small one, empty, but it will do the job as soon as I find time to put figures in.
On this picture, it was just a test for 1/72 figures... and I'm not sure that is a original letters display ..

Hello boys !
I have a real passion for boxes, old boxes, those that end up tidy in the back of a cupboard or in a boderline room. There are real nuggets delicately wrapped and above all completely out of your memory!
Here is the illustration, a version of Faramir who traded his sword for a bouquet of flowers (made by Christian our eminent sculptor from our small group of Mithril Maniac). Obviously, when I painted it, there is ouh there, we will say about thirty years, I did not apply the colors of Gondor, black and white. I will tackle it in the near future since two references of the Minas Tirith series are waiting to take a good bath ... stripper! Indispensable to remove them from their gray undercoat which is too grainy for my taste.
This version of Faramir was for a lovely young lady.
She was just as moved as I was when I found her these last few days.
