w o w !!!
Master Jason, you turn yourself into a professional diorama builder !!!! Fantastic.
There is a lot of "space" for forthcoming releases . . . Looks good !
But I have to say that the speed of yours seems to be extraterrestrial . . .

Wow! One response. It is really quiet on this site. Must be the weather.

Here we go:
Here is couple of pictures with some minis:
I still have a lot to do, but I thought you all might want to see what I have done so far. I am working on the ramp right now, so I will put an update sometime soon.

Jason - that is really sweet!! You have a lot of creativity!
I can't wait to see the final product.
For brickwork, you can use a product by Heki. They make some excellent 6" by 12" sheets of various types of brickwork.
Here is a wargaming "dungeon" I made. I used the 1mm thick Heki sheets for the brick walls and cobblestone floors.
If you like the texture, they're reasonably priced. I think about $5 for a few sheets.

Thanks, George!
How did you make the walls to that dungeon? I was not sure what I was going to do for my walls, but I will have to check out the Heki products you mentioned.

The walls I made with 1/2" thick foamboard - which I cut with a hot wire cutter. Foamboard is basically a layer of foam sandwiched between paper on the outside layers.
I cut the foamboard to size to make the walls - and then cut to size and glued on the thin Heki sheets. And I then applied putty between the sheets of Heki to eliminate seams - and then I painted.

Thanks George! I have made some stuff in the past with the foamboard, so I know now.

Jason - I want to emphasize that I really like your Helms Deep a lot! It will make for a great place to model your soldiers and also very cool gaming terrain - if you like to game.
Great job!

Yes, I would like to game, but alas, I don't have anyone around that I can game with. Oh well. If you and Ken decide to game together, let me know how it goes.

Good job Jason! This has caused a stir amongst my Isengard army. They are asking permission to begin the attack!

Looks great!
Have you got some spare time to paint some "outsiders", so your "insiders" have someone to point their weapons at?
Offline
Well, right now I have to finish the castle first! Then I will get back to those insiders and outsiders!
Offline
Good work there Jason
Offline
Here are some of those outsiders!
What do you guys think about the color scheme on these? Let me know.

Beautiful work for 12 years old kid. It will be greate master of painting if the TV does not assume his childhood... so keep it safe. This is for future Mithril generation.

good job for a 12 year old boy but ... correct me if I'm wrong, this is not Mithril, this is a GW elf isn't it?
