I think that the creation of the Council is a fact (with the attendant risk that these words when we speak of Mithril ...
). So why would Michael say their "mysterious" words?

well if you are unsure, Elros Tar-Minyatur is a great suggestion too

. . . what is a "hump" by the way . . .
Offline
You're not paying attention, Master Archer - it's a stein, or 'beer mug' in the Bree vernacular.
Offline
. . . no it is a "Maßkrug of Augustiner Bräu". The specialist talks about a: "dunkle Maß".
Honourable Barkeep, this is the attemp to transfer this diskussion into the pony. I hope you don´t mind it, Master Barli !
I bet, there is a special "beer-mug" collection somewhere in the secret rooms of this Inn . . .

No, not many survive Nob's washing up. There's a scooped-out skull set in silver somewhere, that an Easterling left behind a while back, but that's about it.
Offline
Love the dark beer.....
and if there is no "hump" I'll drink it out of a scooped-out skull aswell!

Offline
Skull suits fine, harr harr!
But must be of Orkish orign ...

Huuooommmmmm ... well, to be honest, I do not wonder about the price for a bowl of clear-clean-you-know-what around here any more ... hooommm ... obviously our dear Master Barliman can afford to keep a full set of a very rare scooped-out-skull-bowls in plain silver "somewhere", as he tries to tell us ... rhuoommm ... well, what to think of it? ... huoomm ...
either he is piling up some hoard he payed for with those precious coiny things he receives from us for the so-called liquids containing rat-and-fur-balls or even worse ingrediences .... huom ... or ..... houum ... I would better not know what happened to that poor Easterling ... huom

I am sure he is now the special flavour of our favourite "unclear-piece-of-meat-in-my-humpen" ...
Offline
If there's meat in your scrumpy just think of it as a bar-snack.
Offline
And why do I NOT have meat in my scrumpy????

Offline
We've run out of kangaroo.
Offline
There are also those Wombats . . .
Offline
Ooooh, no! Protected species.
Offline
We have nice snakes too and that poison from these guys doesn't change the taste of your scrumpy at all I believe....
And I'm sure it doesn't make it healthier eighter.

Offline
Who wants healthy scrumpy? The rats love it just the way it is (I don't put them in the barrels, they find their own way in).
Offline
Scrumpy is the one drink that you can enjoy on the way down and on the way up!!!!
, two for the price of one! I normally find the meat in the latter

Huoommm ... I do understand now ... rhuoommm ... it seems to be the same as in the shoe-shop in Bree ... huoomrhuoomm ... the sign reads "buy one - get two" ... huoomm ... strange habits in Bree there are ... hoommmmm ...
Offline
It comes with the inbreeding.
Offline
Huoommm ... I always thought of Bree as a place being frequented by many beings from different near and far away areas ... huoommm ... never thought that in Bree inbreeding ever was a problem ... rhuoommm ...
Offline
Huooommmm ... as for a completely other matter ... ahem ... how many releases of the Gold Fellowship Thing do we have so far? ... rhuoomm ... I'm just asking, as I'm too lazy to sort it out myself ... gruuoohuomhom ... why I'm asking? ... well, to be honest, I just try to sort out about the 'free figures' ... huom ... so far there are two (that Gandalf and that Isildur), right? ... huom..
in case we have 36 MS-releases there should be a third of them 'free figures' being thought of, I think ... huoommm ... of course I do not want to haste anything, as you might guess, still there is this thought ... huooooommm ... I think if I had not reminded the Company of this tradition our dear Isildur would have never seen the light ... huoommm ... thank you for considering this minor matter ... hom

I think we have reached the 49th GF figurine released master ent.
Offline
Huoommmm ... 49 you say, Master Gildor ? ... alas ... that's quite a lot, meseems ... rhuoommm ... and I always wonder why those metal-things fill so much space in the glass-cabinets ... rhuoommm ... yes, a bit overcrowded by now ... anyway ...
let me try to think ... huoooommmm .... rhuoommm ... hoomm ... huom ... yes, indeed ....
see, there are twelve months in a year, which could mean a dozen of them GF-releases ... hom
then let's take 49 for granted ... is exactly, or about, 4.08, right? ... rhuoomm ... that means 4 figures ... two there are .. .... huommm ... so 2.08 figures are missing ... according to the GF-conditions ... huoom ... so, let's say all in all two free figures ... but, as this year has not ended yet, there at least should be 1 more miniature, because 2 - 1 = 1 ... rhuoommm ... that means 2 years minus the unfinished year we cannot count now is ... ONE ....huoommm ...
do you want me to ask the Company about this matter? ...

Yes please, Master Theobald!
At the moment this answer seems a bit hasty . . . Well, as some of you might know I am mucking around this fellowship matters. That´s the reason I asked at some other place around here "stupid" questions. I am not coming to twelve releases per anno, but I should. I count sometimes more and sometimes less.
I suppose there is a little mistake hidden somewhere.
But Master Theobald is speaking about the free figures. Wasn´t there a Whitch King sometimes . . . the MS458 ?!
I think, there is one missing still. So my answer is still:
Yes please.
