THE TAPROOM 4

Ah, that's better - room to breathe!

Make sure you take a look at my new topic: "Tolkien's World on Amazoin Prime". Startling news indeed!

Yes, but they never pay their bills! Never mind - they make the place look lived in , which makes it a more comfortable place to be.

Re: THE TAPROOM 4

Master Barliman, you cannot say hobbits do not pay:
We eat more than we pay of course. But it's just due to food's volume compared to these littles coiny things'

BTW here are few more golden coins for your Big & Full purse. KSCHINK

Re: THE TAPROOM 4

Sorry, I should have said "don't pay their full measure". I have audited financial accounts here that indicate you owe more "kschinks" than I suspect you can afford. Nob here is working off his own debt by serving behind the bar. But I suspect that if I tried that with you, you'd drink the place dry in no time.

Re: THE TAPROOM 4

Mmnn, well, a bit tidy at the moment, but I'm sure a few rowdy evenings will sort that out. Must check out your comment Master Inn-keep, heard a mention on the radio this morning when driving to work. They mentioned permission from the family/estate I believe and stated 'before FotR, so without reading your link does this mean Silmarillion territory?

You know, hobbits sometimes see a distorted picture of people or creatures around them. Our height sometimes disrupts our eyes. Especially after a few big mugs filled with your excellent beer master Innkeeper...

Merci Master Ent for the drink. At least this time Master Barliman won't complain I do owe him any coiny things (BTW, where on ME does he hide all these ? roll)

I noticed also about talking here that I caught Master Barliman, just above 40th entries. So everyones meals are on me today.
Now Master Barliman can complain again. lol
Would anyone like a 2nd breakfast with biting hobbit ?

Free drinks? where? wink

A new Christmas figure is produced (pending approval) - I like it, what do others think? Same subject - should it have been a different subject matter?

You can't find it... hoooum... Master Holger, I have few liters of this beer in my horse-drawn wain parked under a tree in the Barliman's backyard... I bought few liters more yesterday... only in case if the stock of beer disappears from the our innkeeper barrels... so please, join me there... ;-)

I like it as well (a lot) wink, in my rush to grab a free drink I suppose what I should have said was that as there are some Imrahils already released, did folk think the subject matter could have been of another character smile
