, come on Estel, where better a place to be when you are feeling down than with friends
Life is too short (unless you are an Elf), what is done is done, that was yesterday, today is today.
If you want eternal life, you should come to my tomb ..... I will give you a loooooong life .....

Welcome everyone! Ahh! Master Barliman, a beer for German friends who like "things" the round ball. Tonight, Beat the best!

There are sooooo many greaaaat and fantastic art-works to see, that I became a little bit dizzily.
Mista Barkeep, may I have a huuuge bowl please. And I give a round to all these fantastic artists being here and enjoying us.
And I see, you have been enyoied too . . .

I don't think a great huge bowl of booze will help your eyesight much, unless you just plan to use the bowl as a lens.

What do you mean I'm still here??? Of course I'm still here, I leave in the morming and I'll be back on Monday!
Cheers again.
Master Barliman could you please wake me early??

Offline
No need. Bill Ferny is planning a raid anyway. That should wake you up.

Barli,
You seem to have been sampling your own wares too much, as pointed out on the Mithril Forum you seem to have suggested a figure that has already won
Offline
I thought there was something familiar about him even as I made the suggestion, but I think my confusion was compounded by (a) the fact that I'd suggested him several times before, but he won when I didn't, (b) I was only just back from holiday when he won and my brain still hasn't got back, (c) I was really scratching my head to come up with a worthwhile name at all, and (d) I was drunk at the time. Mostly the last.

Have you got some spanish liqueurs, for example a very dry Anisado, Master B. ??????
Offline
I've got scrumpy and sundry brews of ale, and that's it, I'm afraid. If you want something dry the best I can offer you is an empty glass.
Offline
You better put some spanish Cava. It is time for a little celebration ....
I hope I have not to drink netherlands beer on Sunday .....

Nooooo sssselebrashion ... only trisstesss and sssssilence, hicks ...

F............due to computer taking 10 real minutes to connect on the web.... I missed M140 auction for 23s (again !).
Master barliman, I need a very fresh drink to cool down please.
Offline
Iced water should do the job. Trouble is, we've no ice, and the Tree has drunk all the water. Will scrumpy do instead? And what's with a computer taking ten minutes to connect with the Internet? Ridiculous! That's longer than it takes Nob to run all the way to Staddle.

Thanks Master Barliman.
There has been a very big storm 10min before the auction end...no signal...too bad.
Good night !

Still haven't got round to ordering them! Must do so, though it's tempting to wait and see if the Bree pound exchange rate improves still further against the Euro...
