I don't think a great huge bowl of booze will help your eyesight much, unless you just plan to use the bowl as a lens.

No need. Bill Ferny is planning a raid anyway. That should wake you up.

Barli,

You seem to have been sampling your own wares too much, as pointed out on the Mithril Forum you seem to have suggested a figure that has already won big_smile

Re: The Taproom

I thought there was something familiar about him even as I made the suggestion, but I think my confusion was compounded by (a) the fact that I'd suggested him several times before, but he won when I didn't, (b) I was only just back from holiday when he won and my brain still hasn't got back, (c) I was really scratching my head to come up with a worthwhile name at all, and (d) I was drunk at the time. Mostly the last.

Re: The Taproom

I've got scrumpy and sundry brews of ale, and that's it, I'm afraid. If you want something dry the best I can offer you is an empty glass.

Re: The Taproom

Iced water should do the job. Trouble is, we've no ice, and the Tree has drunk all the water. Will scrumpy do instead? And what's with a computer taking ten minutes to connect with the Internet? Ridiculous! That's longer than it takes Nob to run all the way to Staddle.

Re: The Taproom

Have been a couple of minutes ago in my favourite ice-cream-shop . . . tongue
I asked this beautiful italian-background-third-generation-in-germany-living-dark-haired-slim-girl-wearing-high-heels if I could have a look,
if she has got rooty feet, Master Theobald.  (post#3846 + 3858 )

Still haven't got round to ordering them! Must do so, though it's tempting to wait and see if the Bree pound exchange rate improves still further against the Euro...
