Invented (and awful) names, of course, and nowt to do with JRRT.
As for cats, ours has a very limited vocabulary that consists of "feed" and "me".

Huoommm ... mine is able to additionally say "now" ... rhuoomm ... three sounds that are ... huoomm... and as for that Dwar-thing I never said that there's any connection to that writings of Master JRRT ... huomm ... I just like them LR-figures ... huoom

Actually, I don't like the Nazgul figures - and there aren't many Mithril figures I'd say that about. I'm not an enthusiast of MERP's heavy Gothic armour fetish!

huoomm ... rightyrightyright, Master Barliman, though most of the companies providing tiny-metal-or-rather-resin-things do it worse concerning that "heavy Gothic armour fetish" you like to call it ... rhuomm ... I did not want to cause any trouble with an expert ... rhuoommm ... no harm intended .... though ... err, I do like them still .... huomm ...

well strangely, the nine nazgul from LR ranges, are one of my favorites (I even bought two of each nazgul back in time) and I very carefully painted each of them... well I like dark full plate armors

Artisitically they're nice figures - how could Chris' figures not be? - it's just that to my mind they're inapproptaite to JRRT's vision of Middle-earth, which is more "Dark Ages" than "High Mediaeval".

I agree with this statement ... 100%...

I figure the nine armoured Nazgul might make an excellent set of bad guys in a D+D campaign alongside the new PCH figures.

(Though this gives me an excellent idea)

Happy Birthday, Nino!
I will try to go the party. Who knows? Maybe some unsuspecting little hobbit is encouraged to enter by the barrows.......east of the old forest...... not far from here..........

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the concept of anyone drinking "too much" scrumpy. My brain can't even begin to entartain such a notion. There's no such thing as "too much" scrumpy. Too sticky, maybe, or too strong, but never "too much".

I see many of you guys were here.... Thanks for the birthday wishes... !!!
