¡Ohhh! Such a rumor deserves more than a bowl of his rare drinks .... smile In his honor, Master Theobald, I am ready to plant a pot or a small tree at the entrance to my barrow ....big_smile

Well, Master Michael is surely NOT on vacation.
He twitters . . .
But this should´t divert from the most important thing we have heard of couple of hours ago . . .

Re: The Taproom

I seem to recall that the Party has already been hinted at somewhere (or am I suffering from deja-vu?) - but a Mithril release of Bombur? When? How? That is news indeed, and worth a week's bowls of, er, water.

But I'm curious to know where this "press release" is hidden, or why it's not been sent out, or if it has been sent out, who else has seen it. It's all a bit odd.

Re: The Taproom

I am speechless now, Master Theobald, maybe as a Tree can be.

That's great rumour!! Another lifetime-long drinks for the Tree!! I hope I have enough coiny things to buy the vignettes. Chris is the very best to realize that project!!!!!

Re: The Taproom

Actually, who who who as well - is it one of your own MX projects, Master Tree? Or is it a cartel? Either way I can see it costing many silver pennies to finance!

Re: The Taproom

Truly! More than 2000 € per MX figure (though to be smaller these emerging insurance cheaper) It's a great initial economic outlay! roll

I think I know why you want your drinks free, Master Tree - it's to save as many coiny things as possible for other causes...

After all these marvellous things happened, don´t forget to have a look at the official homepage.
I know, it´s boring often, but sometimes you can recognize something new . . .

Re: The Taproom

I suppose there isn't much point posting the pics I have of Bard since they are quite similar to the ones Mithril posted.  As regards the sculpting, Chris did say "In order to keep the delicate parts of the bird ( i.e. beak and legs) sufficiently thin I had to "push" the bird up against Bard's hair but I think it works O.K."  I had been wondering how he was going to do such spindly legs on the thrush...

And the best: the time when we will see pictures of Celebrian, Durin and the Morgul captain has come closer now......(after the October and November 2008 winning suggestions are out now)....

So I see - and your crystal ball was exact, right down to the very wording. Remarkable. You must anjoy the foresight of an Elf or a Numenorean.
